Sr. Plant Electrical Designer

In response, we are expanding its Energy & Power Solutions team to expand the delivery of reliable power solutions to the North American market.  By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to deploy your technical skills to develop design models and construction drawings for exciting projects that will impact the energy landscape of tomorrow.

We have an immediate position available for a Senior Electrical Design Professional with expertise coordinating BIM models in the Bentley OpenPlant environment. Your responsibilities will include coordination with multi-discipline teams to produce innovative three-dimensional design models and construction drawings. You will be working closely with our engineering staff to support a diverse range of international multi-sector clients. Qualifications:

Here’s what you will need: 
  • Advanced Proficiency with Bentley OpenPlant 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to meet project requirements and deadlines 
  • Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively on multi-disciplinary teams 
  • At least 5 years’ experience producing complex BIM models and construction drawings in an engineering and consulting environment. 
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of electrical equipment and systems
