Description
- Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion of all assigned responsibilities.
- Provide technical and data support to the Workover Team.
- Maintain data quality across multiple programs and tools.
- Support the Workover Team Lead, Engineers, and Superintendents by developing tools, dashboards, and performing data analysis as needed.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Create WellView jobs, including failure reports and WBS information, ahead of rig mobilization for all rigs in the RBU.
- Develop and maintain Spotfire tools, such as the Operations Well History Dashboard and Workover KPI dashboards.
- Maintain rig schedule data to ensure the rig schedule file remains functional and up to date.
- Perform QA/QC on WellView data, ensuring validation rules are followed and information is accurate.
- Pull data and create presentations for KPI reviews, critical job reviews, and other management requests.
- Clean up historical workover data in WellView to support benchmarking and cost analysis.
- Provide hands-on WellView training to PICs, covering data validation rules, required data entry, and Devon standards for daily workover reports.
- Ensure retention of third-party vendor reports, including installation and pull reports, pump teardown reports, tubing scans, cement reports, and wireline logs.
- Assist with workover program budgeting by evaluating failure rates, job costs and durations, and expected activity.
