Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contact Center Engineer to join our team as a subject matter expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) and conversational IVR technologies, specifically Five9. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of their responsibilities and help drive our teams to ensure the highest implementation standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight for implementation of Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) and IVR/IVA technologies.
- Assist Technical Analysts with the creation of User Stories in Jira.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in Five9 applications.
- Ensure requirements are thoroughly detailed and identify gaps.
- Provide solutions and support for production deployment processes.
- Continuous improvement to our processes and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in CCaaS and Conversational IVR implementations.
- Extensive experience in supporting CCaaS and IVR/IVA technologies.
- Proficiency with Jira for creation of user stories and issue tracking.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) and IVR technologies, particularly Five9.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
