Sr. Business Analyst- Implementation

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Description:

The Business Analyst is responsible for designing business processes and determining business requirements that IT and other business units use to implement new business solutions.  
 
Essential Job Functions: 
  • Determines solutions and supporting requirements in the context of existing and new IT system infrastructure 
  • Works with management, business units and system integrators to evaluate, design and implement an Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) 
  • Assists management in coordinating the implementation of designed systems 
  • Interviews team members to determine current and future business processes, systems and needs 
  • Routinely produces as-is business process maps and future state business process maps to stay abreast of progressive technologies and methodologies 
  • Gathers business requirements for new and/or enhanced solutions and resources required for implementation 
  • Collaborates with integration partners, developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated into working designs and solutions 
  • Mediates and facilitates connections between software developers, integration partners and business units to ensure solutions are designed, developed and implemented 
  • Routinely reviews and coordinates projects, their prioritization and scheduling with all project stakeholders 
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member 
  • Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals 
  • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill 
  • Performs other duties as assigned 
 
Qualifications: 
  • 7-10 years’ experience in related field 
  • Technology, data analysis or computer science experience required 
  • Capable of making system and process recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy and stability 
  • Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Project management skills 
  • Must have computer and technological skills 
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form 
  • Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups 
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR 
  • Must pass background check and drug screen 
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Education: 
  • Bachelors’ Degree required – preference in Information Technology, Business or Computer Science 

Work Environment: 
  • Office/Warehouse Environment
