Description:
- This person is the on the ground as eyes and ears for the Network/Cisco Team and will be fully onsite.
- 2-5 years CCNA networking experience
- Willing to do a little bit of everything for the team.
- Receive equipment from the field, fix up, refurbish or dispose
- Configure and send equipment to field
- Work the Tulsa office and troubleshoot wireless access for users.
- Take calls from the Field/Desktop Techs whose user cannot get authenticated and connected to network. Troubleshoot why they cannot get connected. Any connectivity issues around WIFI in the plaza and out in the field.
- Handle many items from the field around connectivity that the Desktop Team escalates.
- Required to know CISCO to be able to configure switch on router – will teach the basics, but need to understand basics of CISCO
