ITCC Jr. Network Engineer

As a Junior Network Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain network systems, ensuring a reliable and secure network infrastructure for our clients. Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software systems.
Support the implementation of network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, providing timely technical support to clients.
Monitor network performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions to enhance network performance and security.
Document network configurations, changes, and incident resolutions accurately.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, etc.).
Familiarity with network devices and technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.
Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Knowledge of network security best practices and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.) are preferred, but not mandatory.
