Position Requirements Basic\/Required: \u2022 Legally authorized to work in the job posting country \u2022 High School Diploma or GED equivalent \u2022 Willing and able to be available for any current shift, including overnight (8pm to 8am), evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: \u2022 Marketing business insight \u2022 Familiarity with EPOS equipment \u2022 Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a team environment \u2022 1 or more years of Information Systems Help Desk \/ Support experience \u2022 Knowledge of communication devices\/methods such as Broadband, VSAT, and DSL \u2022 Access to and knowledge of downstream systems which interface with the Credit Card System \u2022 Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office software applications \u2022 Intermediate knowledge of computer, DSL and VSAT hardware \u2022 Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions \u2022 Ability to learn other software and web-based applications per the requirements of this role \u2022 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and computer products \u2022 Ability to write professional reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals \u2022 Ability to effectively present detailed information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and\/or customers \u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills"}
