Location: Tulsa, OK
Description:
Performs various duties centralized within the WMS group for client accounts. These functions may include appropriate receipt and disbursement of cash; processing of income and expenses; calculation, ; and bringing assets into the bank. In support of this function, the duties will include determination of required documentation and coordination with line of business team members, external custodians, and vendors to ensure appropriate documentation is provided.
- Supports Trust software and systems relating to incoming administration and client questions.
- Work with outside clients one on one for support and troubleshooting of online products from account setup to browser problems.
- Work directly with line of business team members for support of daily processing questions on Trust accounts.
- Works issues through to resolution and provides the proper customer service needs
- Serves as a backup role for other needs within the business group.
- Works pro-actively among the group to identify solutions or resources to complete any exception processing.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Experience required:
- This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree in a business related field and 3+ years’ experience in the security industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
