User Application Liaison I
Location: Linthicum, MD
Description
Mission Systems is seeking a User Application Liaison I to join the Contracts Portfolio Reconciliation project team responsible for data integrity by synchronizing two data systems.
Responsibilities
Assist in data aggregation and cleansing by working with multiple stakeholders to extract and analyze existing data in SAP
Complete template population and trials using subsequent error reports for correction in source system
Accurately and efficiently enter information to a web application from various sources including Excel and SAP
Determine correct entry values based on unmatched source data by reviewing artifacts and engaging colleagues
Review all data for errors and report unusual findings to management
Log and close entries in tracking application
Participate in post migration data cleanup & stabilization efforts by updating records and/or strengthening record content with record artifacts/attachments
Qualifications
Working knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency with MS Excel
Working knowledge of SAP, specifically the Sales and Distribution and Project Systems modules
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working in multiple systems of record and accurately and efficiently creating and updating records
Working knowledge/experience with USG and USG Prime contracts
Three years of data entry experience using computer systems
