User Application Liaison I

Location: Linthicum, MD

Description

Mission Systems is seeking a User Application Liaison I to join the Contracts Portfolio Reconciliation project team responsible for data integrity by synchronizing two data systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in data aggregation and cleansing by working with multiple stakeholders to extract and analyze existing data in SAP

  • Complete template population and trials using subsequent error reports for correction in source system

  • Accurately and efficiently enter information to a web application from various sources including Excel and SAP

  • Determine correct entry values based on unmatched source data by reviewing artifacts and engaging colleagues

  • Review all data for errors and report unusual findings to management

  • Log and close entries in tracking application

  • Participate in post migration data cleanup & stabilization efforts by updating records and/or strengthening record content with record artifacts/attachments


Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency with MS Excel

  • Working knowledge of SAP, specifically the Sales and Distribution and Project Systems modules

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Experience working in multiple systems of record and accurately and efficiently creating and updating records

  • Working knowledge/experience with USG and USG Prime contracts

  • Three years of data entry experience using computer systems
