Business Systems Analyst - Remote Position
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Family Summary:
Provides varied and complex management and/or operational analysis, reports and recommendations in support of business/departmental programs. Performs various evaluations, controls, and calculations to produce, support, and maintain data system integrity. Integrates and compiles data into quantifiable summaries, models, and forecasts for development, review, and approval of issue action plans. Develops recommendations for actions based on analysis.
Level of Responsibility: Responsibilities are varied and complex. Often works outside area of assigned duties. Applies advanced skills in multiple areas. Resolves complex issues which impact business operations both inside and outside own department. Makes decisions related to the area of responsibilities. Opinions carry significant weight in policy and strategy decisions.
Act as subject matter expert: determine the need for data review and direct analysis of less experienced team members, as needed.
Through analysis and expertise, proactively identify problems or challenges and provide strategic solutions to top management.
Utilize advanced reporting and analytical tools to accomplish responsibilities of job.
Anticipate data needs, new and existing, for building capabilities in management and strategic decision-making.
Serve as project or case manager in the development, analysis, presentation, and completion of business projects.
Determine type of analysis needed to achieve a goal or result and identify the stakeholders of a project or initiative; may lead or act as lead on project team.
Partner with internal network of contacts.
Apply best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve processes or services.

Experience/Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Eight (8) years directly related experience.
