Location: Tulsa, OK or Remote
The ServiceNow Administrator/consultant will work as member of the implementation team to administer Service Management applications. This includes working with 3rd Party integrators and process owners to develop workflow, implement the workflows in Service Applications and administer the tools which includes Asset Management, Change Management, Service Desk, Service Level Management, Agentless Discovery, and various integrations.
Provide on-going technical assistance, software configuration/customization assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.
This includes working with process owners to develop workflow, implement the workflows in Service Applications and administer the tools.
Answering "how to" technical and application configuration questions of other members of the technical team and process owners
Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules and assisting in troubleshooting patch/release management issues.
Translating business requirements into technical requirements and writing custom reports.
SAM Pro module experience
Experience with CMDB configuration
Implementing and configuring modules in general
Responsible for working with and leading managed service providers on projects and day-to-day work
Acts as a liaison between the managed service provider and organization to provide status updates
Experience creating custom reporting
