The Service Desk team helps employees from the Field all the way to C-suite. We are looking for someone with an overall great personality- highly collaborative, professional, and curious to ask questions and learn. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 6 people and being a valuable team player.
- Ability to mentor others
- Handle escalations
- Handle documentation and processes
- Collaborate on new processes or fix any holes in the current processes
- Microsoft Office Suite, Teams Chat, Excel, Documenting in OneDrive, Active Directory
