Senior Account Executive
Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid
We are hiring a Senior Account Executive who will lead the small business team (search,social, digital marketing and graphic designers) and serve as the primary client contact for small business clients. This position will report to the Director of Account Service, however, have cross departmental leadership
responsibility. The ideal candidate for this position posses the following traits:

Roles and Responsibilities:
On a typical day in this role, you will be helping establish processes and procedures to help integrate this leg of our company with the rest of the team and communicate services and deliverables to the client. You will be the primary point of communication for multiple small business clients and will be responsible for helping guide tactics and team to the outcomes, objectives and goals in the approved strategy. This position would present clients with strategy,
marketing recommendations, creative, websites and dashboards. Finally, this role is one of leadership to a team of digital marketing specialists (SEO, social, CRM, etc.) and graphic designers; thus managing team goals and workflows alongside a project manager.
You must be able to balance multiple client projects simultaneously from different industries. This requires the capability of switching between different client platforms, brand objectives and messaging priorities multiple times
over the course of a typical day.
You will be responsible for the following:
Serve as the first point of communication for client calls or emails.
Assistance with proposal creation and strategy development alongside business development and strategy teams.
Lead cross-functional team meetings to assure client strategy and deliverables.
Develop and implement internal processes and procedures to integrate our outcomes-focused approach into small business marketing.
Set small business team goals and manage workload.
Writing of briefs for creative, development, social and digital marketing services teams.
Presenting research, strategy, creative, websites and other high-level concepts or deliverables to clients (from marketing coordinators - CMOs).
Lead dashboard review meetings with assistance from relevant team members.
Assist with billing to ensure client invoices match client estimates and proposals.
Put in tickets and change orders for adjustments to current projects or ongoing client services.
Regularly interface with clients at all levels and put them first, listening to, understanding their obstacles and hunting for solutions that are innovative and fresh.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of experience as an account executive, senior account executive or similar role.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, public relations or related field. (preferred)
Working knowledge of current marketing channels along with their best practices and trends. Channels include websites, social media, search marketing, email marketing and other content platforms.
Previous experience with small business or small business clients.
Working knowledge of analytics and outcomes-focused terms for digital marketing (i.e. impressions, conversions, lead-to-close ration, lifetime customer value, customer acquisition costs).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented manager who can navigate and execute under tight deadlines.
An exceptional communicator who knows when to stand your ground and when to compromise.
Demonstrate excellent public speaking, presentation, and listening skills, with an ability to own the room.
Solid understanding of strategy and strategic terms (i.e. business objectives, marketing objectives, tactics, outcomes).
