Scrum Master

Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid

Description

15+ years Oil and Gas Scrum Master Experience. Coordinates cross-functional Agile development teams utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum initiatives with focus on Vended Applications and Testing. The SAFe Scrum Master role has the primary responsibility to help the team achieve its goals.

Skillsets:

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent

• 10+ years’ experience in a scrum master role

• Experience using JIRA required

• Experience building out reporting metrics and tracking KPI’s

• Experience working within a multi-team framework, such as SAFe required

• Potential Scrum Master responsibilities spanning over multiple teams

• Oil and Gas SAP ERP experience preferred, but not required
