Records Retention Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Description
Information Management team with the following:
Records imaging to include scanning and uploading and publishing files to create digital copies of physical records
Assist facilities department by reviewing short and long-term resource and space requirements to identify and evaluate possible options
Service inbound calls and requests including after hours on rotation
Occasional travel may be required based on company needs
Lifting and moving file storage boxes
Delivering and administering training programs to functional groups regarding compliance and retention
Ensure all records data is entered and maintained per company policy
Assist other departments with regards to records classification and retention
Improving access and control over centralized and decentralized file management
Gather, compile, and assist with coordinating inventory of records at field and remote locations across the enterprise
Performing data entry tasks
Conducting routine verification to ensure integrity of digital copies and information
Create, update, and follow, process and procedural documentation
Assist with managing and tracking physical record inventory across several locations
Position Requirements
Strong ability to work quickly and accurately
Great interpersonal and customer service skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Preferred knowledge of records and management programs, Enterprise Content Management, or other automation tools
Demonstrated ability in developing information, conducting meetings, providing training, and making presentations
Demonstrated ability interacting, advising, and communicating effectively (both written and verbal)
Minimum of intermediate level Excel skills
Ability to be on call outside of business hours based on office rotation
Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 30 pounds
Occasional travel may be required to other enterprise locations within the states of Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas; travel is no more than 5 consecutive days
