Job Description

Rebate Reconciliation Specialist

Location: Austin, TX

Description

Provides administrative support related to various departments and functions.
Research, compile and/or verify information including but not limited to:

  • Forecasting and measurement

  • Budgets

  • Records

  • Customer retention/Customer engagement

  • Billing records

Provide information and assistance to contractors, builders, customers, employees, and others including but not limited to:

  • Utilize computers to enter data and prepare reports including but not limited to:

    • Payment Processing

    • Vendor information

    • Project Status

    • Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

    • Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

   
Position Requirements  

  • Preferred Associate's Degree or the equivalent job related experience

  • Demonstrated ability in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including computers, photocopiers, and applicable software.

  • Working knowledge of company's policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.

Working knowledge and training related to:

  • Operating functions and related procedures

  • Safety and health

  • Budgets

  • Word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Maintain physical and/or electronic filing systems

  • Handling confidential and/or sensitive information

  • Generally accepted standards for grammar and punctuation

  • Working knowledge of various types of manuals, forms, publications and reports.

  • Experience interacting and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.

  • Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports.

  • Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

  • Able to operate office tools and equipment required.

  • Communicate and/or exchange information and instructions.

  • Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
