Program Analyst

Location: Tulsa, OK - Remote

Description

• Vendor management of EHS safety and award programs and third-party administrators, including execution and performance, performance guarantees, resolution management, and strategic integration as programs evolve.

• Enhance efficiency and monitor safety and award programs and processes; Rectify any issues that arise when necessary.

• Monitor and track metrics of safety and award programs; Responsible for status updates to all stakeholders.

• Create and/or administer training and awareness presentations and materials; Train personnel in organizational or compliance procedures.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure that initiatives and strategy remain in alignment with overarching enterprise and EHS strategies.

• Create and maintain strong relationships with vendors, key stakeholders, and others critical to the success of the programs.

Position Requirements  

• Minimum- H.S. Diploma

• Preferred- Associates Degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, and/or Data Analytics.

• Knowledge of safety and award programs and processes.

• Experience with program resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting.

• Experience in managing driver performance and telematics software.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

The ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors and elicit cooperation from sources including but not limited to:

• Upper Management

• Peers

• Field Employees

• Previous experience with strategic and critical thinking

• Ability to effectively communicate, written and orally, with all levels of management, staff, and employees; Ability to conduct oral presentations as required.

• Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
