Location: Fully Remote in OK or KS
Records management of compliance driven training and qualifications including auditing, research, compliance, resolution management, and strategic integration as programs evolve.
Enhance efficiency and monitor records, applications, and compliance programs and processes
Rectify any issues that arise when necessary.
Monitor and track compliance driven training required by enterprise.
Responsible for status updates to all stakeholders.
Create and/or administer training and awareness presentations and materials.
Train personnel in organizational or compliance procedures.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure that initiatives and strategy remain in alignment with overarching enterprise and EHS strategies.
Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and others critical to the success of the programs.
Minimum- H.S. Diploma
Preferred- Associates Degree in Communications, Business, Information Technology, Finance, and/or Data Analytics.
Knowledge of operator qualifications, compliance regulation and various learning management systems.
Experience with program resource planning, reporting, and prioritization.
Experience in managing learning management software.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
