Operations Support

Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid


  • Provides operations support related to accurate, complete and timely documentation of capital construction work and/or ensures accurate, complete and timely processing of contractor invoices.

  • Compile, reconcile, and complete all tasks associated with contract invoices for construction.

  • Utilize JES, Maximo, Oracle, Markview, PowerPlant, ONE Map, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, and Excel to enter data.

  • Assist and support financial forecasting processes by providing timely invoicing.

  • Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

  • Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements  

  • Associate's Degree Business administration, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience

  • An understating in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including: computers, photocopiers, and applicable software.

  • An understanding of policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.

  • Experience reading various types of manuals, forms, publications, maps and reports.

  • Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.

  • Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports.

  • Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

  • Applicable driver's license.

  • Mobility to travel in and around office facilities.

  • Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions.

  • Sufficient to perform job duties.
