Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid
Provides operations support related to accurate, complete and timely documentation of capital construction work and/or ensures accurate, complete and timely processing of contractor invoices.
Compile, reconcile, and complete all tasks associated with contract invoices for construction.
Utilize JES, Maximo, Oracle, Markview, PowerPlant, ONE Map, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, and Excel to enter data.
Assist and support financial forecasting processes by providing timely invoicing.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
Associate's Degree Business administration, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience
An understating in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including: computers, photocopiers, and applicable software.
An understanding of policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.
Experience reading various types of manuals, forms, publications, maps and reports.
Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
Applicable driver's license.
Mobility to travel in and around office facilities.
Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions.
Sufficient to perform job duties.
