We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Junior Windows Administrator to join our growing team. As a Junior Windows Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of our Windows Server environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server operating systems.
• Monitor system performance and provide proactive support to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Collaborate with the senior administrators to implement security measures and ensure data protection.
• Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with resolving their Windows-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to Windows Server administration.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Windows Server administration or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows Server services.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V or VMware.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Industry certifications like MCSA/MCSE or equivalent are a plus
