Genesys Engage Resource

Location: Tulsa, OK or Remote

Description

  • 5+ Years of Contact Center experience with a minimum of 3+ years of Genesys Engage Experience 

  • Knowledge on Genesys Framework, GVP, Nuance, Genesys eServices, Genesys Outbound, Genesys T-Server, Sip Server 

  • Integrate external systems with Genesys through APIs 

  • Knowledge on Genesys eServices (SMS, Chat, Email, Cobrowse) 

  • Ability to develop, deploy, maintain and support solutions for Genesys Contact Center 

  • Ability to production incidents on command center bridges, propose solutions and resolve issues 

  • Knowledge on developing SCXML applications using Genesys Composer for SMS, Chat, E-Mail channels 

  • Knowledge on GitHub, Jenkins, PCF, Openshift, New Relic and Ansible
