Description
Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
Subject matter experts for the administration of Genesys Cloud CX as it pertains to user onboarding and WFM configuration of queues, divisions, and attributes to ensure proper real time management and reporting of call center metrics.
Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze and transform needs into functional requirements and delivering the appropriate artifacts as needed.
Actively participates in all stages of project development including research, design, configuration, testing and implementation to ensures the released product meets the intended functional and operational requirements.
Producing technical guides, standard methodologies documents, application notes, and configuration and installation content for internal and external use.
