Location: Sidney, MT
Description
Recruiting a Field Technician that has strong experience in client and network support. This role is on the Field Operations team, and will be based in Sidney, MT and will primarily cover sites requiring day trips of up to 4-5 hours. Responsibilities include hands on support of client devices (laptops, iPads, etc…) and tier 1 network support. This role works direction with our Network Operations team for supporting communications to field locations.
Required skills:
Strong desktop skills, software troubleshooting skills
Windows 10 Experience, upgrades, feature updates
Microsoft Office
Application Installation and Troubleshooting
Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting
Network communications understanding
Experience with LAN/WAN technologies
Racking and stacking equipment
Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc..)
Experience with the following technologies are helpful but not mandatory:
Cisco/Aruba knowledge
VSAT
Ubiquiti Radios
Microsoft SCCM/Intune
Citrix (Workspace, Published Apps, Desktops, Files, Mobile)
Mobile – iOS, enrollment, app deployment, iOS updates
Active Directory – EUC concepts, user and computer object management
Group Policy – basic understanding
