Enablon Project Coordinator
Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid
Description
Support the Project Managers with assigned projects within the Enablon team to ensure successful delivery. Assist Project Managers with project logistics, including communicating relevant project information to project teams and to Management (e.g. status, issues, and deliverables). Provide user support which includes, troubleshooting, training, and communicating updates. Aid in the planning and organizing of project activities with internal and external team members, in order to provide quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager(s) with implementation for various projects
Assist in execution of RCM project activities (design, requirement gathering, testing, etc.)
Communicate and track project status and schedule
Maintain Team SharePoint site
Provide production support for business applications including, but not limited to:
Provide system training to new users
Identify/troubleshoot data integrity and inconsistencies
Create reports
Update training material (QRG’s, workflows, etc.)
Modify user’s role and scope
Communicate changes to stakeholders
Assist with Enhancement cycle
Log enhancement request and system issues
Gather requirements
Create and/or execute testing
