Desktop Support

Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid


  • Provide set up and fully support desktop, mobile, telecom, network and video conferencing systems hardware and software for Executives and VIP’s

  • Proactively identify, document and implement procedures to limit downtime, maintaining a stable technology desk-side environment for Executives and VIP’s

  • End to End ownership of executive and director level related incidents through escalation to other internal resources or external vendors when appropriate 

  • Set high standards of performance for self-assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks

  • Develop close working relationships and trust with the executive admin team whom support the senior executives

  • Support events and other activities which require executive participation

Technical Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of and the ability to support Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office suite and IOS devices (iPad and iPhone)

  • Experience managing and supporting video conference technologies (Microsoft Teams and Teams Room Devices) 

  • Responsible for configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Executive and VIP’s end user workstations when it comes to hardware, software and peripheral device support
