Desktop Support
Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Provide set up and fully support desktop, mobile, telecom, network and video conferencing systems hardware and software for Executives and VIP’s
Proactively identify, document and implement procedures to limit downtime, maintaining a stable technology desk-side environment for Executives and VIP’s
End to End ownership of executive and director level related incidents through escalation to other internal resources or external vendors when appropriate
Set high standards of performance for self-assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks
Develop close working relationships and trust with the executive admin team whom support the senior executives
Support events and other activities which require executive participation
Technical Skills Required:
Knowledge of and the ability to support Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office suite and IOS devices (iPad and iPhone)
Experience managing and supporting video conference technologies (Microsoft Teams and Teams Room Devices)
Responsible for configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Executive and VIP’s end user workstations when it comes to hardware, software and peripheral device support

Ability to clearly and accurately communicate technical things in a non-technical way (written and verbal)
Proactive mindset focusing on preventing rather than fixing
Flexibility and the ability to multitask due to unexpected issues that arise and need to be dealt with quickly
