Description
Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience handling mortgage servicing calls or working in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of mortgage processes, escrow accounts, and payment systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
