- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling mortgage servicing calls or working in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of mortgage processes, escrow accounts, and payment systems.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
