Consultant Talent Analytics
Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid
Summary/Objectives
The Talent Analytics Consultant will be primarily responsible for the implementation of assessment-based selection and development research studies for clients, partners, and distributors. This includes managing research projects while working within cross-functional project-based teams to consult clients on pre-validated solutions and validate customized solutions through job analysis, validity generalization, competency modeling, and criterion-related validation. The Talent Analytics Consultant is expected to continually learn and stay up-to-date with relevant scientific advances and changes to employment law.
Essential Functions
Executing selection and development research studies including, but not limited to:
Conducting job analysis including conducting focus groups, content coding statements, implementing job analysis surveys, and interpreting results.
Conducting validity generalization studies using job-family meta-analysis, transport validity, and synthetic validity to create custom client profiles.
Conducting criterion-related validation including identifying client key performance indicators, developing customized performance rating forms, programming and launching surveys, analyzing results, and creating custom client profiles.
Linking client competency models to Hogan’s assessments through competency alignment, synthetic validation, and creating custom client scoring.
Conducting other individual- and organizational-level data analyses such as pass-rate analysis, impact analysis for switching norms or scoring, and adverse impact simulations.
Responding to internal or external client questions.
Attending virtual meetings.
Building, managing, and analyzing large datasets.
Building and implementing research surveys for data collection.
Supporting Product Innovation in writing and piloting new assessment and survey items.
Preparing and presenting research results for technical and non-technical audiences including clients and conferences.
Writing and delivering technical reports, white papers, case studies, and other professional documents as needed.
Maintaining and improving research material and processes.
Maintaining research data infrastructure and archives.
Requirements
Currently possess a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology or related field.
Possess expertise with SPSS, excel, and other statistical software packages (e.g., R).
Demonstrate strong technical writing skills.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of research methodologies.
Have experience in validating assessment-based selection or development solutions.
Have experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics).
