Business Systems Analyst III

Location: Tulsa, OK


Seeking an IT Bus Systems Analyst to provide staff augmentation in support of our recently implemented Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Cloud Application (SaaS).


  • Serves as subject matter expert and business partner between IT Application and Infrastructure team(s) and business/end-user team(s).

  • Translates business requirements into technical specifications to formulate technical solutions that conform to best practice standards.

  • Conducts requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, making recommendations based on information collected.

  • Ensures maintenance, development and enhancement of existing application systems meets the organizational business objectives and IT standards.

  • Remediates application system issues through appropriate troubleshooting, incident-, change- and problem-management standards using ServiceNow.

  • Interacts and resolves issues with other IT support teams including Applications, Infrastructure, and outsource provider.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience

  • 5-8 years – Supporting all areas of Supply Chain (procurement, sourcing, inventory, contracts)

  • 1-2 years – Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (preferred)


  • Knowledge of business processes within these areas: procurement, sourcing, inventory, contracts.

  • Understanding of Supply Chain business processes, integrations and testing

  • Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
