Bookkeeper

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description

Due to growth, we are looking for a well-organized Bookkeeper who will be doing AR for multiple companies so multiple hats will need to be worn. We are currently using QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following: 

• QuickBooks

• Categorizing Transactions

• AP/AR Knowledge

• Collections

• Supporting clients with billing

• Phone Etiquette

• Bank reconciliation

• Prefer 1-3 Years of experience
