Avaya UI Designer/Business Analyst
Location: Tulsa, OK or Remote
Focus on routing than UI design.
Looking for IVR analyst skills preferably with Avaya background.
Resource should be familiar with call routing systems and be able to navigate discussions around this technology including routing concepts, VDNs, vectors, etc.
This position will initially work to document existing system rules and systems processes and support migration from Avaya to Google Dialogflow as well as overall ongoing integration with Genesys cloud application.
