Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Location: Tulsa, OK


Provides administrative support related to various departments and functions.
Compile, prepare verify and/or process information including but not limited to:

  • Special projects

  • File and retrieve documents.

  • Demonstrated ability in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including computers, photocopiers, facsimiles, and applicable software.

  • Handling confidential and/or sensitive information

Position Requirements  

  • Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

  • Able to operate office tools and equipment required.

  • Communicate and/or exchange verbal and written information or instructions.

  • Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
