Shelby joined our OakTree Recruiting Team in September 2021, and she has started so strong! Her specialties within recruiting are placing qualified candidates in Data and Development roles. She enjoys learning about all that is encompassed in the development side of IT as it will help her place the right talent in her pool of open jobs.

I enjoy searching for candidates and seeing how different each one is in their respective roles.
